Help investors access clear, independent and responsibly communicated research; understand service terms and risks; protect confidential information; use verified payment and onboarding routes; and reach effective grievance-redressal channels when required.
Research services are delivered only after the applicable onboarding and service requirements are satisfied. Current service scope, availability and pricing should always be checked on the relevant service page before payment.
Raise concerns through documented channels, retain non-sensitive supporting records and avoid sharing passwords, OTPs or trading/banking credentials. Complaints should be addressed in accordance with applicable SEBI grievance-redressal requirements.
